Since 1997 we maintain own warehouses in
which we currently (02/2018) stockpile more
than 1,8 millIion pieces to guarantee a
constant availability of our main range.
Orders which are placed until 5 p.m. can
leave our warehouse by express delivery the
next day. In 2017 we reached a delivery rate
of more than 95% for the first time. Our
online shop is rated with 4,8 of 5,0 points and
is thereby one of the best rated shops in the
tableware sector.
The feature "Buy Locally" and the sales
concept "Seil & Order" connect the shop to
our local reselling partners.
OEM customers benefit from our regular
container traffic by minimising their own
freight costs.
